'Rokey
Karaoke. It's FAB, isn't it? I deserved 12 points, or douze points, for my version of "Never Can Say Goodbye" on Friday night. Was I channeling Thelma Houston or WHAT?? And then Micke and I blew the competition away with a version of "New York, New York" that would have had Frank Sinatra spinning in his grave crying for joy. Strangely, the rest of the crowd didn't seem to share this assessment. And before I knew it, it was 4 a.m., Micke and Bru had gone home and I was engrossed in conversation with a fellow performer - and then it all went black.

Lucky they are to have heard such wonderful voices ! (ahahaha) I guess the party was great, could we enjoy some records next time ??
Cheeky Thanos!! :-) Luckily it was in a bar where we didn't know anyone...
I've been searching for a good Karaoke bar in Paris. Where was it?
KRAKATOA! I missed the karaoke night... you need to be more specific!! I was asleep by one.
Tu as été engrossé dans le noir?
Details please!
Next time, packer, next time...
so did you end up finding a good place?
I don't know whether you'd call it a *good* place....it's a gay bar so there were approximately 2 women in the joint - which obviously WE didn't mind, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea. The playlist leans quite heavily towards French varietoche, too, so it's maybe not ideal for a night out unless you're a French-singing poof!! Which as luck would have it...
Haha Micke, as if I'm going to tell all here...:)
