Sunday in the park

Sometimes there really is no finer thing than lazing in the park on a hot Sunday afternoon, listening to some cool modern jazz. Well, unless it's lying in a hammock in the park on a hot etc. etc. While sipping delicious cocktails and being fanned by two gorgeous... ah well - maybe next weekend... :) But rhino75, I hear you cry, this is a cheating post, for it tells us nothing of what you've actually been up to. That's because, dear reader, I have been taking it easy in anticipation of an absolutely FABULOUS and ACTION-PACKED (my caps!) week ahead. Tuesday looks particularly promising, but I shall say no more for the moment...
Watch this space!! ("Razzle dazzle 'em, and they'll never catch wise" - ermm, fingers crossed.)

Aw... you're gonna get lucky on Tuesday! :) YAY!

Sunday in the park with George, one of my fav musicals.

I don't really like very modern jazz, I prefer the older stuff. The modern stuff tends to sounds chaotic.

Rob, I wish!! But it seems highly unlikely, given all the things that I'm going to be running around doing. All will be revealed in due course, tho' BTW I *loved* your singing, but the pianist should be shot!!

You are far too secretive!! And didn't you promise to reveal all at a later stage a few weeks ago but revealed nothing? However, I suspect I know what it's all about as I have inside sources.

Arf! I am, in fact, trying to live up to Babs' description of me as "man of mystery". I suspect you may know about the first one, but - can you believe it? - I'm still waiting for official confirmation (s'driving me nuts) so I can't say anything. Today's agenda tho' is pure fun - a) I have the day off b) this afternoon I'm going to the official inauguration of this c) tonight, I'm heading to the Opera d) then, if my leg holds out, I have invites for a cool party. A day of sheer FABULOUSNESS!!!

You're going to the inauguration of the Musee Branly!!!! JEALOUS... next time get some more invites for very sexy hanger-ons!

Btw, I spent the Saturday at the Buttes Chaumont, then Sunday at the Champ de Mars, drinking rose with pals. I'm all picnicked out.

Nardac, I tried and tried - there was no way they were going to give me more than one this time - but fingers crossed for the next one! (BTW I can't believe we both know M!! Serendipity or WOT?) Maitresse, ah I really wanted to go but everything just happened to fall on the same night - I'll be popping over to read all about it!!
