Singing Stones

singing stonestoned lady
Looks creepy, doesn't it? And the singing had a kind of medieval plainsong quality to it. There was a ring of probably six stones, with a different singing face projected on to each one. Very eerie but rather effective. Get yourselves down to Palais-Royal for a closer look!!

Oh I just sent a message and somehow lost it!

Anyhow, good! Think a few compliments are in order! Methinks I should put a face to the messages but alas I am far too shy for my 15 mins of fame!

Rhino & Anonymous sitting in a Tree. K.I.S.S.I.N.G., first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes a Baby, in a baby carriage.

And those stones with faces that sing look freaky! what kind of formation are they in? I love ancient sounding plainsong/chant-like music!

hahaha! Did Micke put you up to that, Rob? ;)) The stones ARE freaky, they're arranged in a circle and I pass them every evening on my way home from work (see!! see!!) But last night, for example, they weren't singing at all but talking (in French but with weird accents). I wonder how long they'll be there for?...

Even weirder Rhino! Are you sure the stones are supposed to talk and sing? Or is all coming from your imagination :) Are you hearing voices again?!?!

It would be cool, if they programmed them to sing in a Round, or added harmony :)

Micke did NOT put me up to my original post. But it was OBVIOUS, just get a ROOM already sheesh. :) Stop making out in public.

It's true that my ALLERGY medication is running a little low, but the photos speak for themselves!! It's totally weird. I addded my own drone a fifth below, but was worried people might start thinking I was part of the exhibit, or worse, that I WANTED to be part of the exhibit. It's so hard being creative at times...
